Official Sweepstakes Rules & Terms and Conditions


1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.


2. SPONSOR

The “Ticket to Nashville” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Off The Rails LLC (the “Sponsor”).


3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 8:00AM Eastern Time and ends on October 3, 2026 at 8:00AM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.


4. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Massachusetts who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, sponsors, and prize suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including Massachusetts residency and age, at any time.

Void where prohibited.


5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by scanning the official Ticket to Nashville QR code appearing on authorized Off The Rails promotional materials and completing the online entry form available through the official Off The Rails Ticket to Nashville landing page.

The entry form may request the entrant's:

  • First and last name;
  • Email address;
  • ZIP code;
  • Phone number, if applicable; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries must be complete and contain accurate information. Incomplete, inaccurate, late, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Automated, robotic, programmed, or other mechanical means of entry are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times or otherwise violates these Official Rules.


6. NO PURCHASE OR OPENING WEEKEND ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

Entering the Sweepstakes does not require the purchase of food, beverages, merchandise, tickets, reservations, or any other goods or services from Off The Rails LLC.

Attendance at Off The Rails Boston Opening Weekend is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Purchasing goods or services, visiting Off The Rails, making a reservation, or attending Opening Weekend will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.


7. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner.

The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for two (2) people to Nashville, Tennessee, including:

  • Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from an airport designated by Sponsor;
  • Two (2) consecutive nights of hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor;
  • One Off The Rails dining experience

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

ARV is an estimate only. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary.

The final prize description, travel dates, airfare limitations, hotel accommodations, experience voucher, and total ARV are subject to Sponsor's final approval.


8. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Travel must be completed within the period specified by Sponsor.

Travel dates are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout dates, holiday restrictions, and other restrictions established by Sponsor, the airline, hotel, or other travel providers.

Sponsor will determine the airline, hotel, airports, itinerary, and other travel arrangements in its sole discretion.

The prize does not include expenses not specifically identified above, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation to and from the departure airport;
  • Baggage fees;
  • Meals other than those specifically included as part of the prize;
  • Travel insurance;
  • Hotel incidentals;
  • Room service;
  • Alcoholic beverages;
  • Gratuities;
  • Souvenirs;
  • Personal expenses; or
  • Other expenses incurred by the Grand Prize Winner or travel companion.

The Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any required identification or travel documents.

Travel companion must satisfy all applicable eligibility and travel requirements.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law and the maximum prize value stated herein.


9. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & OPENING WEEKEND

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced live during Off The Rails LLC Boston Opening Weekend, currently anticipated to take place on October 3, 2026.

Attendance at Opening Weekend is not required to win or claim the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry and will be provided with instructions for claiming the prize.

If the Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within the period specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.


11. WINNER VERIFICATION

Before receiving the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to:

  • Provide proof of identity and age;
  • Provide proof of Massachusetts residency;
  • Confirm eligibility;
  • Execute an Affidavit of Eligibility;
  • Execute a Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law;
  • Provide tax documentation, including a Form W-9, if required; and
  • Provide any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be verified, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required period, refuses to comply with these Official Rules, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.


12. TAXES

Any federal, state, and/or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

The Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with applicable tax information and documentation, including a completed Form W-9.

Sponsor will issue an applicable Form 1099 to the Grand Prize Winner as required by law.


13. WINNER PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the Grand Prize Winner's name, photograph, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

The Grand Prize Winner may be required to execute a publicity release permitting Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, video, likeness, and related content in connection with the Sweepstakes and Off The Rails promotional activities.

Any required publicity or media release will be subject to applicable law.


14. PERSONAL INFORMATION & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Information collected through the Sweepstakes entry process will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and for other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and process information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Any consent to receive future promotional emails, text messages, or other marketing communications will be presented separately from Sweepstakes entry where required by law.

Marketing consent will not be a condition of entering or winning the Sweepstakes.

Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications in accordance with the applicable communication's unsubscribe or opt-out instructions.

16. ASSUMPTION OF RISK; TRAVEL AND PRIZE-RELATED LIABILITY

The Grand Prize includes travel and travel-related activities, and the winner and travel companion accept the Grand Prize entirely at their own risk. By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner and travel companion acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) The winner and travel companion assume all risk of personal injury, death, illness, property damage, loss, or other harm of any kind arising out of or relating to the Grand Prize, including without limitation any such harm occurring during travel to, from, or within Nashville, Tennessee, during any flight or other transportation, during any hotel stay, during any dining or other experience, or during any other activity connected with the Grand Prize, whether or not such activity is specifically included in the Grand Prize.

(b) Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible or liable for, and are released from, any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the Grand Prize or its acceptance, possession, or use, including without limitation any act, omission, negligence, delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, service interruption, or failure of performance by any airline, hotel, restaurant, transportation provider, or other third-party travel or service provider.

(c) The Released Parties are not responsible for, and shall have no obligation to reimburse, replace, substitute, or provide any cash or other compensation for, any portion of the Grand Prize that is lost, diminished in value, rendered unusable, or not fully realized due to any cause outside of Sponsor's reasonable control, including without limitation flight delays or cancellations, missed connections, weather, road or airport closures, forfeited or unused hotel nights, forfeited or unused reservations or vouchers, illness, acts of God, force majeure, or the acts or omissions of the winner, the travel companion, or any third party.

(d) The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance they deem appropriate. The Grand Prize does not include travel insurance, and Sponsor makes no representation and provides no warranty of any kind regarding the Grand Prize or any travel or services provided in connection with it, all of which are provided "as is."

(e) Any travel companion who is a legal adult will be required to execute a liability release in a form acceptable to Sponsor prior to travel, and where a travel companion is a minor, the winner represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of the travel companion and accepts all risk and responsibility on the minor's behalf.


17. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, and prize suppliers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website interruptions, internet connectivity issues, telecommunications failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.


18. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Violates these Official Rules;
  • Attempts to interfere with the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes;
  • Uses fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or unauthorized means to enter;
  • Provides false or misleading information; or
  • Engages in conduct that Sponsor reasonably believes compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes are final, subject to applicable law.


19. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is modified, suspended, or terminated, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where appropriate, conduct the drawing from eligible entries received before the modification, suspension, or termination.


20. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

Any social media platform used to advertise the Sweepstakes is released from responsibility for the administration of the Sweepstakes.


23. OFFICIAL RULES

A copy of these Official Rules will be made available on the Ticket to Nashville landing page throughout the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, subject to applicable law.
